The Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Program advocates for individuals who have experienced brain injuries and require support in accessing services, accommodations, and community resources. OPAD works to protect the rights of individuals with TBI by promoting independence, inclusion, and equal access to education, employment, healthcare, and public services.
