PABSS services are available to Social Security beneficiaries who want to:

Understand their rights and protections under federal law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
HOW?

Contact the PABSS office by phone, email, or in person to schedule an appointment.

Services are provided at no cost to eligible Social Security beneficiaries.

Advocates can guide you through paperwork, appeals, or complaints related to work and Social Security benefits.
WHAT?
PABSS advocates assist beneficiaries with:

Understanding work incentives such as the SSA’s Ticket to Work program.

Navigating employment rights and protections under the ADA and other laws.

Requesting reasonable accommodations at work or school.

Accessing assistive technology and resources to support employment.

Connecting with Vocational Rehabilitation services or other community programs.

Problem-solving workplace challenges, such as discrimination or harassment.

PABSS ADVOCACY
The PABSS program is a federally funded initiative assisting beneficiaries of Social Security who are trying to return to work, begin working or continue working. This project is staffed by an experienced advocate who is able to provide assistance and advice to beneficiaries regarding work-related issues.
