How can we help?

The Protection and Advocacy for
Individual Rights (PAIR) Program is a
federally funded civil rights program
created under the Rehabilitation Act of
1973 (as amended in 1993). It is designed to
protect and advocate for the rights of
individuals with disabilities who are not
eligible for other Protection and Advocacy
(P&A) programs.

What PAIR we do for you?
  • We provide advocacy and assistance in areas such as:

    • Access to public spaces and
      services.

    • Employment discrimination

    • Housing discrimination

    • Access to assistive technology Rights in institutions or care facilities

    • Transportation accessibility

    • Voting rights and access

    • Education-related issues (non-
      IDEA eligible)
